Ingredients
- 15 large white mushrooms
- 1 cup cooked crab
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs (optional)
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup whole egg mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup spreadable cream cheese
- 1/3 cup green onions
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Steps
- Heat the oven to 375 F and arrange the mushroom caps on a baking sheet.
- Mix the crab, panko, Parmesan, mayonnaise, cream cheese, green onions, garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the mushroom caps with olive oil and fill them with the crab mixture.
- Bake for 18 minutes, until the filling is hot and the mushrooms are tender.
