3 cloves garlic

Steps

Dice the onion and bell pepper, then mince the garlic.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook the onion and pepper for 5 minutes.
Add the garlic and ground beef, then cook for 7 minutes, breaking up the meat until it reaches 160 F.
