Ingredients

1.5 lb Ground beef
4 oz Bread crumbs
2 Eggs
0.5 lb Onions
1.75 lb Potatoes
4 oz Milk
1 oz Butter

From the pantry: Mustard, mayo, ketchup (ketchup, divided), Salt and pepper.

Steps

Heat the oven to 375 F. Mix beef, crumbs, eggs, chopped onion, salt, pepper and half the ketchup.
Shape into a loaf in a baking dish and spread the rest of the ketchup on top.
Bake 50 minutes until cooked through.
Meanwhile boil peeled, cubed potatoes 15 minutes, drain and mash with milk, butter and salt.
Rest the meatloaf 10 minutes before slicing.
