- 2 tbsp unsweetened dutch cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 cups 1% milk
- 2 large egg whites
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp oil
- cooking spray
- 24 strawberries plus more for topping (optional)
- 1 1/2 cups whipped cream
- 3/4 cup sugar-free chocolate syrup (optional)
Steps
- Whisk the flour, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar in a bowl.
- Whisk in the milk, egg whites, egg, and oil until smooth, then rest the batter for 10 minutes.
