Ingredients
- 1 package simple mills vanilla cake mix
- 1 tbsp tapioca flour
- 3/4 cup pecan halves
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup melted salted butter
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
Steps
- Heat the oven to 350 F and line a baking sheet with the parchment available.
- Stir the cake mix, tapioca flour, pecans, egg, vanilla, melted butter, and almond milk into a thick dough.
- Drop 14 spoonfuls of dough onto the baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes.
- Cool the cookies on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a small saucepan over low heat, then drizzle the mixture over the cookies.
