Ingredients
- 4 cups cubed bread
- 2 cups sir bananas chocolate bananamilk
- 2 over-ripe bananas
- 3 large eggs
- 3 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/3 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
Steps
- Heat the oven to 350 F and lightly oil a 9-inch square baking dish.
- Mash the bananas in a large bowl, then whisk in the banana milk, eggs, maple syrup, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Stir in the bread cubes and let them soak for 10 minutes.
- Fold in the chocolate chips, transfer the mixture to the baking dish, and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, until the center is set and the eggs reach 160 F.
- Cool the pudding for 10 minutes before cutting.
