Ingredients
- 1 recipe easy creamy caramel sauce
- 1/2 gallon your favorite toffee ice cream
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup pecans roughly chopped
Steps
- Melt the butter in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat.
- Stir in the flour, oats, brown sugar, salt, and pecans, then cook for 8 minutes.
- Cool the crumble for 2 minutes.
- Layer half the crumble, softened ice cream, caramel sauce, and remaining crumble in a 9-inch pan.
- Freeze the cake for 5 minutes before cutting.
