Ingredients
- 19 oz pizza dough
- 8 oz chicken breast
- 6 oz fresh mozzarella
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 red onion
- sliced fresh jalapeno
- 1/3 cup flour
- honey (optional)
- ranch/blue cheese dressing on the side for serving (optional)
Steps
- Let the pizza dough rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Heat the oven to 425 F and cook the chicken in an oiled skillet over medium heat until it reaches 165 F, about 10 to 12 minutes.
- Cool the chicken briefly, then shred it and mix it with the buffalo sauce.
- Stretch the dough on a floured surface into a 14-inch round.
- Top the dough with buffalo chicken, mozzarella, red onion, and jalapeño.
- Bake the pizza on a lightly oiled baking sheet for 15 to 20 minutes, until the crust is browned and the cheese melts.
