Ingredients
- 8 large sausages
- 1 jar tomato sauce
- 1200 g butter beans
- 1 tbls black treacle
- 1 tsp english mustard
Steps
- Heat the oven to 400 F.
- Brown the sausages in a 12-inch ovenproof skillet over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes, turning often.
- Stir the tomato sauce, butter beans, treacle, and mustard into the skillet.
- Simmer the mixture for 5 minutes over medium-low heat.
- Bake the skillet for 20 to 25 minutes, until the sausages reach 160 F, or 165 F if they contain poultry.
