- 4 bananas
- 4 zucchini
- 1 1/8 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp baking powder

- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Steps
- Heat the oven to 350 F and grease two 9-by-5-inch loaf pans with butter.
- Mash the bananas, grate the zucchini, and squeeze out excess moisture.
- Melt the butter, then mix it with the bananas, zucchini, sugar, and eggs.
- Whisk the all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a separate bowl.
- Stir the dry mixture into the wet mixture, then fold in the chocolate chips.
- Divide the batter between the pans and bake for 55 to 60 minutes, until the centers are set.
- Cool the loaves in the pans for 10 minutes before slicing.
