Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut oil
- 1/3 cup mashed ripe banana
- 3/4 cup organic cane sugar or granulated sugar
- 2 1/2 cups gluten-free flour blend or unbleached all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 cup pecans
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
Steps
- Heat the oven to 350 F and grease two baking sheets with oil.
- Beat the coconut oil, mashed banana, sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl.
