- 1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pinch cayenne pepper
- 4 pork chops
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
Steps
- Heat the oven to 400 F and oil a 9-by-13-inch baking dish.
- Whisk the barbecue sauce, soy sauce, olive oil, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt, and cayenne together.
- Season the pork chops with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chops in the dish, coat them with the sauce, and bake for 22 minutes.
- Rest the chops for 5 minutes, checking that the centers reach 145 F.
