Steps

Heat the oven to 375 F.
Cut the peppers and onion into wedges, mince the garlic, and chop the parsley.
Spread the vegetables in a 9-by-13-inch baking dish, then add crushed tomatoes, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Cover the dish with foil and bake for 35 minutes.
