Ingredients
- 24 assorted chicken wings and drumettes
- salt and pepper to taste (optional)
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 3/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
Steps
- Heat the oven to 425 F.
- Arrange the wings on a large baking sheet, season with salt and pepper, and bake for 40 minutes, turning halfway.
- Whisk the buffalo sauce, honey, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne in a saucepan.
- Simmer the sauce over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring until thickened.
- Toss the baked wings with the sauce.
- Return the wings to the baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes, until they reach 165 F.
