Ingredients

6 large tomatoes
salt and pepper to taste (optional)
6 slices bacon
3/4 cups diced celery
6 hard boiled eggs
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp chopped fresh parsley
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
paprika

Steps

Heat the oven to 375 F and cut the tops from the tomatoes during 5 minutes of preparation.
Scoop out the tomato centers, season the shells with salt and pepper, and place them in a 9-by-13-inch baking dish.
Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat for 8 minutes, then drain and chop it.
Chop the hard-boiled eggs and mix them with bacon, celery, mayonnaise, parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika for 7 minutes.
Fill the tomatoes and bake for 15 minutes, until hot and the filling is firm.
