- 1 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds (optional)
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp fine sea salt
- 1/2 cup plain or vanilla greek yogurt
- 1 containers (4 oz) unsweetened applesauce
- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup apple
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Steps
- Heat the oven to 350 F and line a large baking sheet.
- Stir the oats, almond flour, hemp seeds, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl.
- Whisk the yogurt, applesauce, maple syrup, vanilla, and eggs in a second bowl.
- Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, then fold in the apple and chocolate chips.
- Drop 14 spoonfuls of dough onto the baking sheet and bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
