- 4 eggs
- 200 g sugar
- 200 g self-raising flour
- 200 g melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 3 apples
- 1 pinch salt

Steps
- Heat the oven to 350 F and grease an 8-inch round cake pan with butter.
- Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Stir in melted butter, cinnamon, and self-raising flour until just combined.
- Fold in the sliced apples and spread the batter in the pan.
- Bake at 350 F for 40 minutes until golden and firm in the center.
