Ingredients
- 10 oz spring lettuce mix

- 1 cup pecans
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 12 oz bacon
- 1/2 small red onion
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp salt (optional)
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Steps
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat for 10 to 12 minutes, then drain and crumble it.
