- 5 1/2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
- 2/3 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup bacon
- 1/2 cup salted sunflower seeds
- 1/3 cup red onion
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Steps
- Whisk the mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Add the broccoli, cheddar, cranberries, bacon, sunflower seeds, and red onion.
- Stir until all ingredients are coated.
- Cover and chill the salad for 60 minutes.
