Ingredients

1.25 lb Ground turkey
2 lb Potatoes
16 oz Frozen vegetables (peas and carrots)
0.5 lb Onions
8 oz Broth or stock
4 oz Milk
2 oz Butter

From the pantry: Flour, Salt and pepper.

Steps

Boil chunked potatoes until tender, drain and mash with milk, butter and salt.
Heat the oven to 400 F.
Brown the turkey with onion, stir in flour, then broth and frozen vegetables and simmer 5 minutes.
Spread in a baking dish, top with the mash and bake 20 minutes.
