450 g chicken
3 tblsp chopped garlic
3 tblsp chopped shallots
3 red chilli
2 tbsp fish sauce
2 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp sugar
1 handful basil leaves

Steps

Cut the chicken into small pieces, then let it stand at room temperature for 15 minutes.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 2 minutes.
Stir-fry the garlic, shallots, and chilies for 2 minutes.
Add the chicken and cook for 8 minutes, stirring often, until it reaches 165 F.
