Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 tbsp melted and cooled coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup fine packed almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 dark chocolate bar
- fancy maldon salt (optional)
Steps
- Heat the oven to 350 F and grease a baking sheet with cooking oil.
- Whisk the egg, coconut sugar, tahini, cooled coconut oil, and vanilla in a medium bowl.
- Stir in the almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt until a dough forms.
- Chop the chocolate bar, fold it into the dough, and scoop 12 portions onto the baking sheet.
- Flatten the portions slightly and sprinkle with Maldon salt if using.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until the edges are set and the centers look soft.
