Ingredients
- 2 tsp agave syrup
- 1 lime
- 2 kiwi
- 1 mango
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup red grapes
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 1 cup fresh blackberries
- 1 1/2 tbsp fresh mint leaves
Steps
- Juice the lime into a large bowl and stir in the agave syrup.
- Peel and chop the kiwi and mango, then halve the grapes and strawberries.
- Add the fruit, blueberries, blackberries, and mint to the bowl.
- Toss gently until the lime dressing coats the fruit, then serve within 10 minutes.
