- 1 loaf of trader joe’s sun-dried tomato focaccia
- 1 packages (7 oz) deli turkey
- 1 large tomato
- 1 handful greens - sprouts
- 1 few pieces of thinly sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup pesto
Steps
- Cut the focaccia loaf into six sandwich portions and split each portion.
- Spread mayonnaise on one cut side and pesto on the other cut side.
