1 cup rhubarb
1/2 cup strawberries
1/4 cup orange juice (optional)
2 tbsp raw sugar or maple syrup
2 cups flour
1/4 tsp sea salt
2/3 cup cold vegan butter (optional)
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tbsp melted vegan butter

Steps

Cook the rhubarb, strawberries, and raw sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat for 8 minutes, then cool the filling.
Mix the flour and salt, cut in the cold vegan butter, and stir in enough water to form a dough.
Roll the dough on a lightly floured surface and cut it into 16 rectangles.
