Ingredients
- 2 jalapeños
- 1/2 onion
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 handfuls of fresh baby spinach
- 2 1/2 tbsp flour
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- french’s crispy jalapeños
- chopped cilantro
Steps
- Melt the butter with olive oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the onion, jalapeños, and garlic for 3 minutes.
- Add the spinach and cook for 2 minutes until wilted.
- Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Whisk in the milk and simmer for 3 minutes until thickened.
