Ingredients
- 15 oz can chickpeas
- 4 slices bacon
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 2 green onions
- 1/4 tsp ground mustard
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg
Steps
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat for 8 minutes, then drain and chop it.
- Drain and mash the chickpeas in a bowl.
- Mix in the bacon, garlic, sesame seeds, sriracha, almond flour, green onions, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and egg.
- Shape the mixture into four patties and place them on an oiled baking sheet.
- Bake at 375 F for 20 minutes, turning once, until firm and cooked through.
