300 g spaghetti

2 red pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
50 g parmesan cheese

Steps

Boil the spaghetti in salted water for 9 minutes, reserve 1 cup cooking water, and drain the pasta.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook the sliced peppers for 10 minutes.
Add the sliced chorizo and cook for 6 minutes until browned and heated through.
Add the spaghetti and enough reserved water to loosen the mixture, then toss for 3 minutes.
