Ingredients

1 kg potatoes
3 tsp paprika
2 tsp olive oil
2 sliced onion
2 cloves minced garlic
800 g tinned tomatos
300 g chicken
140 g roasted pepper
1 handful green olives

Steps

Heat the oven to 425 F.
Boil the potatoes in a large pot of water for 8 minutes, then drain and cut them into chunks.
Heat the olive oil in a 12-inch skillet and cook the onions and garlic for 3 minutes.
Add the chicken and paprika, then cook for 5 minutes.
Stir in the tomatoes, roasted peppers, and olives, then simmer for 5 minutes.
