Ingredients
- 2 onions
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 500 g lean minced beef
- 90 g mushrooms
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 400 g can tomatoes
- 300 ml hot beef stock
- 1 tbsp tomato puree
- 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 350 g spaghetti
- topping parmesan
Steps
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook the chopped onions for 6 minutes.
- Add the garlic and mushrooms, then cook for 3 minutes.
- Add the beef and oregano, then cook for 8 minutes until the beef reaches 160 F.
- Stir in the tomatoes, stock, tomato puree, and Worcestershire sauce, then simmer for 15 minutes.
- Boil the spaghetti in salted water for 9 minutes, drain it, and toss it with the sauce before topping with Parmesan.
