- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 1/2 tsp yellow mustard
- 2 1/2 tsp pickle relish
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 lb ground beef

- 4 small flour tortillas
- 4 slices american cheese
- 3/4 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup sliced dill pickles
- burger sauce (optional)
Steps
- Stir together the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish, garlic powder, and onion powder in a small bowl.
- Divide the beef among the tortillas and press it into a thin, even layer.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and place the tortillas beef-side down.
- Cook the tacos for 3 to 4 minutes until the beef reaches 160 F and the tortilla is crisp.
- Flip each taco, add a cheese slice, and cook for 1 minute until melted.
- Top the tacos with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, and burger sauce.
