2 ribs racks pork baby back
1 tbsp smoked paprika
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 1/2 cups bbq sauce

Steps

Mix the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, then rub the mixture over both rib racks.
Cut each rack into sections that fit a 6-quart slow cooker and arrange them inside.
Cover and cook the ribs on low for 5 hours and 30 minutes, until tender and at least 145 F.
Brush the ribs with barbecue sauce and cook covered on high for 30 minutes.
Rest the ribs for 10 minutes before cutting them into portions.
