Ingredients
- 4 large boneless chicken breast halves
- 1/2 cup italian dressing
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 dry ranch dressing mix
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 tbsp dried chili powder
- 1/2 tbsp dried ground cumin
- 1 tsp dried smoked paprika
Steps
- Place the chicken breasts in a slow cooker and pour the Italian dressing and water over them.
- Add the garlic, ranch dressing mix, chili powder, cumin, and smoked paprika.
- Cover and cook on high for 3 hours and 10 minutes, until the chicken reaches 165 F.
- Shred the chicken in the slow cooker and stir it into the cooking juices.
- Cover and cook for 5 more minutes before serving.
