Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 8 Buns and rolls (hamburger buns)
- 8 oz Canned tomatoes (tomato sauce or paste)
- 0.5 lb Onions
- 0.5 lb Bell peppers
From the pantry: Mustard, mayo, ketchup (ketchup and mustard), Sugar and brown sugar, Vinegar.
Steps
- Brown the beef with chopped onion and pepper; drain the fat.
- Add the tomatoes, ketchup, mustard, sugar and vinegar.
- Simmer 10 minutes until thick.
- Spoon onto split, toasted buns.
