- 1 lb Ground beef
- 30 oz Canned beans (kidney and pinto, drained)
- 28 oz Canned tomatoes (crushed)
- 0.5 lb Onions
- 1 Garlic
- 0.5 lb Bell peppers
Steps
- Brown the beef with chopped onion and pepper in a big pot; drain the fat.
- Stir in garlic and spices for 1 minute.
- Add tomatoes, beans and 1 cup water.
- Simmer 30 minutes, stirring now and then, until thick.
