Ingredients

1 cup plain flour / all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp cooking salt
1 tbsp white sesame seeds
1/3 cup water
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp white sesame seeds
1/2 tsp salt flakes
olive oil spray

Steps

Heat the oven to 400 F and spray a baking sheet with olive oil spray.
Mix flour, cooking salt, one tablespoon sesame seeds, water, and olive oil into a dough.
Knead the dough briefly, then rest it for 10 minutes.
Roll the dough very thin and cut it into small crackers.
Place the crackers on the baking sheet and sprinkle them with the remaining sesame seeds and salt flakes.
Bake for 12 minutes, then cool the crackers for 5 minutes.
