Ingredients
- 110 g caster sugar
- 50 g unsalted butter cut into cubes
- 70 ml double cream
- 1/2 tsp sea salt flakes
- 4 scoops salted caramel or vanilla ice cream
- 1 large banana peeled and sliced
- 20 g roasted
- 20 g sweet & salty popcorn
- 10 g dark chocolate grated
Steps
- Melt the sugar in a medium saucepan over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes until amber.
- Whisk in the butter, then slowly add the cream and salt, cooking for 2 minutes until smooth.
- Spoon ice cream into two glasses and top with banana slices and warm caramel sauce.
- Scatter the roasted pieces, popcorn, and grated chocolate over both sundaes, then serve.
