1 1/2 cups pre-made coffee or two shots of espresso
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 1/2 cups non dairy milk such as oat milk

Steps

Stir coconut sugar, maple syrup, coconut oil, sea salt, and coconut cream in a small saucepan over medium heat for 3 minutes.
Whisk the salted caramel and cocoa powder into the saucepan until smooth.
Pour in the non dairy milk and heat for 4 minutes without boiling.
Divide the hot coffee between two mugs and pour in the mocha mixture.
Top with coconut cream, caramel drizzle, and sugar if using, then add a small pinch of sea salt.
