Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup marshmallow fluff/creme
- 2 hershey's chocolate bars
Steps
- Heat the oven to 350 F.
- Beat the butter, sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla.
- Stir in the flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder, and salt.
- Press the dough into 24 greased muffin cups and bake for 8 minutes.
- Press the warm centers down, fill them with marshmallow creme, and top them with chocolate pieces.
- Bake the cups for 2 to 3 more minutes, then cool them for 3 minutes.
