- 1 bags (12 oz) corn tortilla chips
- 1 rotisserie chicken
- 1 tbsp taco seasoning
- salt and black pepper (optional)
- 16 oz shredded cheese
- 1 cans (15 oz) black beans
Steps
- Heat the oven to 400 F and spread the corn tortilla chips on a large rimmed baking sheet.
- Remove the chicken meat from the bones, shred it, and toss it with taco seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Scatter the chicken, drained black beans, and shredded cheese over the chips.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until the cheese melts and the chicken reaches 165 F.
