- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp water
- 1/4 cup banana chips
- 1/4 cup unsalted roasted hazelnuts
- 2 gingerbread cookie
- 2 tsp natural peanut butter
- 1/4 tsp flaky sea salt
- 14 1/8 oz dairy-free dark chocolate
Steps
- Line a 9-by-13-inch pan with parchment.
- Heat the sugar and water in a small saucepan over medium heat for 5 minutes until bubbling.
- Stir in the banana chips and hazelnuts, then cook for 3 minutes until coated.
- Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over gently simmering water, stirring until smooth.
- Spread the chocolate in the pan and scatter the cookie pieces, coated nuts, peanut butter, and salt over it.
- Chill the bark for 60 minutes until firm, then break it into pieces.
