- 4 cups rhubarb
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 box (3 oz) strawberry jell-o gelatin dessert
- 1 cup water
- 1 yellow cake mix or 1 white cake mix
- 1/3 cup melted butter or 1/3 cup margarine
Steps
- Heat the oven to 350 F and grease a 9-by-13-inch baking dish with oil.
- Spread the rhubarb evenly in the dish and sprinkle it with sugar and gelatin powder.
- Pour the water over the rhubarb mixture.
