Ingredients
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 100 g milk chocolate
- 250 g salted butter
- 400 g light brown soft sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 140 g plain flour
- 50 g cocoa
- 200 g raspberries
Steps
- Melt the dark chocolate, milk chocolate, and butter together, then cool for 5 minutes.
- Whisk the brown sugar and eggs until smooth, then stir in the melted chocolate mixture.
- Fold in the flour and cocoa until no dry streaks remain.
- Spread the batter in a lined 9-inch square pan and press the raspberries into the top.
- Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes, until the center is set and the eggs are fully cooked.
- Cool the brownies in the pan for 15 minutes before cutting.
