- 1 whole chicken
- 3/4 cups sweet rice
- 1 large scallion
- 5 cloves plump garlic
- 2 slices thin ginger

Steps
- Rinse the sweet rice with water and drain it.
- Place the rice, chicken, scallion, garlic, ginger, salt, pepper, and water in an electric pressure cooker.
- Seal the cooker and cook on high pressure for 25 minutes.
- Let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then open the cooker.
- Check that the chicken reaches 165 F before serving.
