Ingredients
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cups cold water
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 2 bay leaves
- 5 tsp fine sea salt
Steps
- Pour the water into the Instant Pot and add the oregano, rosemary, thyme, bay leaves, and salt.
- Place the frozen chicken breasts in the liquid.
- Seal the lid and cook on high pressure for 15 minutes.
- Let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then release any remaining pressure.
- Check that the chicken reaches 165 F before slicing.
