Ingredients
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1/3 cup popcorn kernels
- 1/2 cup pomegranate arils
- zest of 1/2 a lemon
- sea salt to taste (optional)
Steps
- Heat the coconut oil in a large covered pot over medium heat.
- Add the popcorn kernels, cover the pot, and shake it often until popping slows to one pop every few seconds.
- Spread the popcorn on a large plate or baking sheet and scatter the pomegranate arils over it.
- Melt the chocolate chips in short microwave intervals, stirring between each interval.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the popcorn, add lemon zest and sea salt, and let it set for 5 minutes.
