- 1 tube refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 jar (14 oz) prepared pizza sauce
- 1 tsp italian seasoning
- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
- 1/3 cup plus extra for topping grated parmesan (optional)
- 3/4 cup pepperoni
Steps
- Heat the oven to 400 F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Unroll the pizza dough and spread it with pizza sauce, leaving a small edge clear.
- Sprinkle on the Italian seasoning, mozzarella, Parmesan, and pepperoni.
- Roll the dough tightly from one long side and cut it into 12 slices.
- Place the slices on the baking sheet and bake for 15 to 18 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
