Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 16 oz mascarpone
- 1/2 cup pistachio spread
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- 24 ladyfingers
- 3/4 cup strong brewed coffee or espresso
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup pistachios
Steps
- Whip the heavy cream in a medium bowl until soft peaks form.
- Beat the mascarpone, pistachio spread, powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Fold the whipped cream into the pistachio mixture until evenly combined.
- Stir the coffee and milk together in a shallow bowl.
- Dip the ladyfingers briefly in the coffee mixture and divide them among eight cups.
- Layer the pistachio cream over the ladyfingers, then chill the cups for 4 hours.
- Chop the pistachios and sprinkle them over the cups before serving.
