Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 6 graham crackers
- 2 giant hershey’s milk chocolate bars
- 1 jar marshmallow cream
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
Steps
- Heat the oven to 350 F and line a 9-by-13-inch pan with foil or parchment.
- Beat the butter, brown sugar, and sugar until smooth, then beat in the egg and vanilla.
- Stir in the flour, baking powder, and salt to make a soft dough.
- Press the dough into the pan and cover it with the graham crackers and chocolate bars.
- Spread the marshmallow cream over the chocolate and spoon the peanut butter across the top.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, then cool the bars in the pan for at least 20 minutes before cutting.
