Ingredients
- 24 oreo cookies
- 5 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups confectioners’ sugar
Steps
- Press crushed cookies mixed with melted butter into a 9-inch pie plate and chill the crust for 10 minutes.
- Heat 1/4 cup heavy cream until steaming, pour it over the chocolate chips, and stir until smooth.
- Spread the chocolate mixture over the crust and chill it for 5 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese, peanut butter, salt, vanilla, and confectioners' sugar until smooth.
- Whip 2 cups heavy cream until firm, fold it into the peanut butter mixture, and spread it over the chocolate layer.
- Chill the pie for 25 minutes before slicing.
